Cool smoker. 16 years of service from your BBQ is outstanding!

Like i said it’s close to the 4th gut rebuild! It has the stainless top and cast al bottom. That is pretty much all that’s left that is original. The valves have even been replaced once as well!

.......store bought steak sauce is sacrilege for sure, a nice red wine Demi is a blessing!!!! Lol

Indeed!
For some reason, when folks say sauce, heinz 57 comes to mind. :emoji_confounded:

Don't get me wrong though. Heinz 57 is fine on a pan fried cube steak. :emoji_laughing:

Dude I don’t think store bought stuff has ever made it in to our house!!!

Oh cube steak should be dressed with seasoned flour, seared in oil, and then sauced with sausage gravy!

Lol. I hear you.
But, those days are long gone in this household more for health reasons than for lack of wanting.
Heck, I am not even allowed a pot of beans and hocks with a side of corn bread anymore.
It sucks getting old.

Although, I do have a bottle of A.1. sauce that gets used in marinades now and then. :emoji_sunglasses:

Brother, you and me both.
My MIL, rest her soul, made a mean pot of hocks and beans; she didn't even bother with measuring anything if I recall.
And for the corn bread, she would grease up that CI skillet with bacon grease... well, it all was pure heaven.
