Wow Jeff that pullstrami looks great and something I surely need to try.

How’s the texture? Sometimes a point gets a little too fatty for my preference but, I think I would like this better if it’s in pulled form.

That looks great, I've never thought about doing a pulled pastrami but now you got me wanting to do one.
