Looks fantastic Jeff!!! I'm visiting my smoke therapist on Weds. and I'm hoping he gives me a prescription for pulled pork and pulled double smoked ham.

Wow Jeff that pullstrami looks great and something I surely need to try.

How’s the texture? Sometimes a point gets a little too fatty for my preference but, I think I would like this better if it’s in pulled form.
