Wife wanted pastrami. Sounded good, so made it happen. Did it the easy way took a corn beef soaked in water overnight to get some salt out of it rubbed it up. Put it on the smoker at 225 for six hours and about four more hours at 240. Pastrami and Swiss sandwiches for the game.
