Hi guys
My smoker is arriving for Christmas and I am rather excited so went meat shopping,
I wanted to start with some ribs and some pulled pork. For some reason I had it in my head that I needed pork shoulder for pulled pork so got a large cut of that. Reading this forum it seems I should have probably picked a pork butt ?
Can I still make pulled pork with the shoulder in the same way as if it was a butt ? If so should i remove the fat or leave this till after smoking ?
If not for pulled pork I presume i can just smoke and slice the shoulder?
