I'm not familiar with your reference to Pork Jello. Is this the fat that separated from the drippings, or the drippings themselves? Thanks!

Its the drippings. When you have it separated it looks like Jello.

It is the collagen that melts out of great multi meat cut such as pork butt or beef brisket. Healthy stuff and the fat isn't bad either

Robert this is a done deal if you bring the freezer full of meats and the pool.

No problem at all Brian!! I'll empty all of the freezers into the deep end of the pool, load the pool on the back of the truck, and head your way. Should be there Friday so leave the light on
