I was planning on loaded burritos. But yesterday was a classic 2020 day. When I got home all I wanted was a beer, dinner, shower, and chill.
So my plans with the smoked hab and white cheddar cheese with onions and all was a no show. Ended up with the PP, store bought fine grated Mexican blend cheese. With the NC vinegar sauce I made. Simple and very delicious!
