Im on days off and have a lot of things to do around the property plus trying to do brakes on the motorhome. I wanted something for suppers that was easy and not a lot of thinking involved. Decided on a 7lb pulled pork.

Been on for a couple hrs already, hickory smoke.

One more beer before we pull the pork, she is a little warm yet. Bark is amazing.

Pulled so nice, like butter. I found some buns at the food store in Onoway that were made by a local place ( i think it was a persons house) they were amazing. Didn't have time to make a side so just grabbed some potato salad. Made for a good supper. Thanks for looking.
