No sauce and it's down right sweet. Very very moist and tender.

Not enough bark for me. I used Inglehoffer Sweet and Hot mustard and my rub which has garlic and honey and a few other common spices. I was cooking a bunch of other things at the time so I didn't get to use a finisher rub. It tastes great.

Since I like y'all and I'm trying to fit in so to speak, I used 4 parts Apple cider to 1 part Grand Marnier orange liqueur mixed for the injection liquid . Smoked over apple wood. Probably 2 cups worth of injection.

Still have more work to do on the bark.

Search pellicle. I never got good bark until I started doing that. Apple juice is my go to injection base. Works great. Cider is probably even better. GM is a nice twist on it. I used to be an apple wood guy but found it too mild. Tried lots and found plain old oak to be my fave. Pork looks good! LIKE
