Have a Smoked Butt ham out of date by a few weeks. Cryvo Vaced
I was going to soak it in water a few times to rid the excess salt.
Was going to grill it indirect heat on a rack with Apple juice, covered with foil.
Any thoughts please?
Pulled Ham be better? Never did it ?
