Thanks everyone! Well, I had the smoker loaded up on a borrowed trailer to bring home Tuesday but the poor trailer wasn't instilling any confidence in its ability to NOT twist as I pushed on the smoker. Never got to weigh it but based on my pipe fitters book, I have right at 560 lbs in the PIPE ALONE! If I had to guess, I'd say the whole unit sits around 800 lbs. Long story short, waiting on a beefier trailer to get it home. Gotta do a curing burn for the paint and then a season burn. Meat trials coming sooner than later (I hope!)

Finally nice enough out to fire this bad boy up! Just a curing and seasoning burn for now. Got a ham scheduled for Friday though!
