Productive weekend,, snack sticks

Each batch called for 12 1/2lbs of meat so each batch got 8lbs of Elk and 4 1/2 lbs of pork butt,, 3 batches

Well 10 am,, better have a refreshment

OK, this maybe addressed somewhere but I have the 5LB LEM stuffer that came with the normal 3 tubes. Do you have to get a smaller Tube for snack sticks?

Thanks Richie,,, Ya still need to put a door on it and want a mailbox mod on it also??? You know we always have to tinker on something.

What size casings did you use? I use 16mm. Just was wondering if the entire 16mm casing will fit over this tube. Sure will make my stuffing a whole lot faster.
