Prime Rib with a Spin

Broke in that new Rotisserie yesterday with a 4.5 lb. Prime Rib

Seasoned with Salt Pepper and Worcestershire Sauce


set the 18.5" kettle up with some Royal Oak Briquettes and there was a small piece of Pecan in it


Carrots,Celery, Garlic with some Beef Stock in the pot below the PR


Temps went a little high I had to remove some of the charcoal to keep it down around 225.

After 3hrs it was time to check Temp was 130*


Gave it another 30 minutes temp was 215* in the kettle pulled it at 138* IT


138* climbed 140*



Missed taking sliced pics but here Dinner
