Prime Rib w / Q-View

Yesterdays dinner was a 1 bone Prime Rib, twice baked potato with onion and jalapeno and candied yams mixed with a box of mac & cheese.

Rubbed the meat with Emerils Essense.

The yams & mac? I was digging for the can of candied yams and also saw the box of mac & cheese. Don;t think I would do it on purpose again but they weren't bad. Next time just some smokey yams.
