Prime Rib Christmas 2019 (Bear’s Den)

We usually have our Christmas Prime Rib at the Big Bear’s Den, but it usually comes from My MES 40.
This year we made a change—Mrs Bear made all the Sides & Desserts, and Bear Jr Smoked the Prime Rib at his Den, in his Big Green Egg.
Then they brought the Prime Rib up to my Den, and he sliced it.
Then the table was filled up, and we all plated up & chowed down.

I totally forgot about the big Table Picture, but I got some of the other shots.

Bear Jr did a Fine Job on the Prime Rib, and it tasted Great.

Mrs Bear made Twice Baked Taters with a bunch of Bacon, and her Green Bean Casserole, and some Shrooms.

Then Mrs Bear made a “Pumpkin/Cheesecake”, and a another Pie She calls “Cherries in the Snow”.

Everybody enjoyed filling up.

Sorry about the Missing Pics,

Bear

Looks terrific John! Clearly Bear Jr. is a chip off the old block. You've taught him well. And all of Mrs. Bears sides and dessert look amazing too...Must have been a Merry Christmas at the Bear Den!

Bear Jr. nailed that prime rib, looks perfect to me. Cherries in the snow takes me back, looks like my moms favorite dessert to make when I was a kid.

Hey Bear...as discussed in a thread last week about extending our families, I'm up for adoption if you and Mrs. Bear need another son to help you get rid of all that great looking food :emoji_astonished:

Excellent post as always and a big LIKE sir!!

About to change my last name,
Robert

Edge to edge perfection! I'm really regretting not doing a rib roast. Gonna have to go big for new year's now!

Excellent meal, but what else would we expect coming from the Bear Den!

Fantastic as always, I like to see the younger generation taking over and learning, Looks like he has the PR mastered. All the sides look Great. Wonderful Times.

I like that one too, but my favorite is her "Raspberry Chiffon Pie".
She usually makes that one for my Birthday---Next Friday. Yumm (Jan 3rd).
