I'm looking to purchase cure #1 that will be shipped to canada for reasonable shipping cost. Can anyone recommend a place that sells the cure as well as casings. thanks in advance

Here is a link to retailers that sell cure #1. Also check out Amazon I've seen it there for a reasonable price. If you want casings and cure, stuffers in BC is great, but I'm not sure of shipping cost to Ontario, I just drive there whenever I need to stock up.

Hi' I'm a 'newbie' on this site today but, I have experienced buying 'Flavour powders' from a supplier in Nova Scotia and would like to recommend them for being prompt and fair. "PRIME CUTS" in Middleton, NS sent my "English Banger" mix and "Chorizo" as well as RUSKS' for making Scottish "Square Sliced Lorne Sausage"
At the time of ordering, last year, I was unaware that Hungarian Pink Spice was close to the 'pink stuff' we add to sausage making in Scotland, I think that it's the "Prague Spice #1" and will be ordering some this week.
Thanks for an informative site where 'newbies' can get some advice from 'old hands'
I've never tried 'smoking' but intend to start this summer, I just have to acquaint myself with the requirements.
