Powdered cheese amount and types?

Just curious how much you would use per 5lbs and would the powdered popcorn flavorings work or is there something better? This is for snack sticks.

Most us high temp cheese. The amount is up to you. Spend a little time in the sausage area and see what others are doing that sounds good to you.

start with 2 T, you can always add more. yes you can use the powdered popcorn seasoning, just remember you will be adding a tad more salt
