Portabella “bun” burgers and chicken

No Stovetop no problem day 2. Got out the Blackstone griddle again. Cooked some bacon followed by some onions in the bacon grease. Portabellas up next to griddle and serve as “buns”. Last some burgers and chicken breast cooked on the super hot grill in avocado oil and pressed out with the burger press. Melted some gouda on the meats and dishes it up. Served with a side of my loaded faked potato salad and some sugar free bread and butter pickles. Here are some pics along the way to eating.

Thanks guys. I had a bunch of my old griddle posts moved here. This is an oldie but goodie! Makes we want to do some now.
