Had a couple tenderloins taking up space in the freezer.
Injected each with some Creole Butter, coated one with Holy Vodoo and the other with meat church Gospel.

Into fridge for couple hrs.
MES 40 set @ 235°
Oak/Hickory/Cherry dust
2hrs 15 mins to IT 145°

Went with the Holy Vodoo tonight.
Roasted potato wedges withEV SPOG from the 360
Tenderloin was very juicy.

Looks tasty. Tell me about the voodoo. I’ve used gospel, honey hog and dia de la fajita.

Gotta love pork tenderloins for a quick smoke to satisfy the pork craving.
Did some non injected this past Sunday with applewood and trussed together instead of separately.

And yes, please tell us about the voodoo.
 
Nicely done!! Pork Tenderloins have become one of my recent favorites... they take smoke and lots of flavors really well

Yes sir that looks perfect ! I love the voodoo on ribs, popcorn and everything in between.
Wife used it tonight in her homemade gumbo !
 
Looks fantastic! I’ve loved tenderloin since I learned you could serve at 145F. Prior to that cooking them to 165F they were always so dry.

Thank you and for the like. The Vodoo is a nice heated rub that I believe it was TNJAKE TNJAKE had mentioned and I gave it a try. Big fan of it now.

Yes the pork tenderloins are great and very easy to do. As stated above the Vodoo is one of my go to rubs now. Thank you !

I also use to take them to 165°. Dry as a bone...
