Great Loins Chris
And the shake and Bake on the Q. Cool idea

The heat finally broke here this morning , but now they are saying back up later today for the rest of the week. Lots of thunder but no rain

David
Appreciate it David. Smoking the tenders with SnB adds a newer twist to an old staple. Our weather broke yesterday - mid 70s and no rain. I think we're supposed to get the rain and possibly thunder today. We'll see - the weathermen are hardly ever correct.

Those loins look great.

The weather here in southern RI was in the mid 90s and super humid with that southerly wind coming off the water. Saturday was especially bad.

Awesome looking loins Chris. I never thought of using shake and bake like that.
Thanks Steve, I liked SnB when I was a young'en growing up. So one day I figured I give it a shot and it was good. Makes for a good change of pace.

Appreciate Norman, you guys are usually a little warmer then we are here, and I agree with the humidity. We get it coming off Lake Champlain. It's nasty at times.

Thanks Robert, the sous chef is always on call.
Yes only job I know where you can get paid 80 thousand a year and be wrong 90 % of the time.

Wish I was a weatherman, lol

David
You and me both David. They should just look out their window and tell us if it's raining, snowing or whatever out. Then their reliability would be raised to at least 50%.

Yes sir Chris, that'll work!! I've never done the Shake-n-Bake coating, but I like that idea...
Thanks Charles, It's simple, works and a good change of pace.

Good looking Tenderloins! We wish we had those lower temps that you have.... today in North Texas will mark our 33rd day over 100 and 13th in a row. Smoking / Grilling still happening, but it involves shade, mister and fans...

Thanks Jason, I'm not sure how you folks survive in that constant heat. I'll be singing a different tune in a few months when it's -20+*. outside. Not including wind chill.

I am from Minnesota, friends from back home ask how we deal with it and I tell them it is the same as how they deal with so many days below 0.

Jason, if you had a "normal" year and there is no such thing as normal, it's all an average, how many days over 100* could you expect?
They said on the news the other night that average in DFW is 20 days above 100 is typical. We are at 33 and it is not even August....

Those look great Chris . I bet the SnB was great flavor .

We went from 2 weeks of high 90's low 100's with 80 degrees over night to waking up to 62 and heavy storms . Then flash floods . 12 inches of rain in 6 hours .
Now it's back to 86 and 70 % humidity . More storms on they way .

Is that near the part of Minn. where they toss a hot coffee and it freezes before it hits the ground?

Appreciate it Rich. It was good and a nice change. I read about the rain in St. Louis and was wondering how you fared. The news around here made it sound like the whole city was underwater.

Same here, grew up spending the winter on the lake - playing hockey, snowmobiling, ice fishing and getting into trouble.
