I did two pork tenderloins on the Traeger this evening for dinner.

Both were slightly over 1lbs. One was hit with Traeger Pork and Poultry rub, and the other was hit with some McKormicks Honey Hickory rub. I ran the smoker at 375* with Traege Cherry pellets, and pulled them at 145* IT in the thick middle parts. They were on right around 45 minutes.

They turned out really good. Very juicy. I could have went a little heavier on the seasonings, but still very tasty.

Just going on:

Good job on the tenderloins, the Q view looks great!

Thank you!

Looks delicious!

My wife likes light seasoning, and I like 'em heavy.

So I have to cook different pieces, one for each!

Thanks! Fortunately, my wife is usually good with the seasoning. Our little boys will sometimes balk at thick and heavy seasonings...or as our oldest says, "sneasoning".

They look perfect to me!
Nicely done!
Al

Thanks Al!
