Good morning all. Last night we had pork tenderloins made on the rotisserie. I took 2 loins. And tied them up on the spit. And gave them a good rub of Cavenders Greek spice blend.
Then into the 360 at 400 degrees.
I also made a tortellini salad with a basil dressing with teriyaki chicken, tomatoes, and red onion.
While all this was going on. I had a bloody Mary. Hey, cooking is thirsty work!
Out of the 360 and resting.
And plated up.
Dinner was great. Next time though, I'll use a touch more spice.
