Greetings all! More fun on the kettle this afternoon. 1.25 inch thick pork steaks. 250 until internal was 165. Killer Hogs and AP seasoning on mine. Ready in 1.5 hours. Super tender, juicy and good smoke ring. Sweet potato and green beans. Good stuff! Take care and keep on smokin!!

Butt Steaks were what Mom called Pork Chops. Theye are so good. Honestly, folks can keep their Loin Chops, I'll take Butt Steaks anyday! You did a nice job...JJ
