Pork Spares on the PBC and The Daytona 500

  1. Phase II of my weekend break in of the Pit Barrel Cooker included 4 racks of pork spare ribs. The PBC smoked 4 racks to juicy perfection in just 4 hours. Check the pics. The Daytona 500, great beers and BBQ ribs... Does it get any better?

  5. Thanks. They tasted awesome. Yesterday's pulled pork and today's ribs have been the best BBQ I've produced to date. The PBC is amazing.
