Pork Roll Substitute
OK Gotta make some more Pork Roll, because of a substitution.
I ordered a couple Chubs of “Bob Evans” Sausage, and Giant was out of it, so they subbed Pork Roll instead.
That just plain won’t work for what I ordered it for!!!
So for the first night, I cut 7 slices of Pork Roll, and Fried them up in a Copper Pan.
That was 5 slices for me & 2 for Mrs Bear.
I gave her a Burger Bun & I used the last one & 2 slices of bread for my other one, because we ran out of Buns.
And that first night I used Plain Yellow Mustard, and some Olives on the side.
Then the second night, I sliced up the rest of the Pork Roll, and put 2 slices one each of a single slice of Bread.
Then I folded the Bread in half around the Pork Roll slices. I used Koops’ Spicy Mustard on these 3 Sammies.
Had a couple Deviled Eggs with these.
That’s about it for that Roll of Pork Roll.
