For people that wrap their pork butts at 165 degrees, what are some things you put on the pork butt before you wrap it in tin foil?

Has anyone used butter and honey?
Welcome. Search...Foiling Juice...It is Butter and Honey, or other sweetener, plus other flavors. I would post here but I am using a POS notepad that won't cooperate. Another liquid I use is 2C Coke or Dr. Pepper, 1/2C Apple Cider Vinegar, 2Tbs Molasses and 1Tbs Rub...Bring to a boil and add in the foil and as a sweet/sour Finishing Sauce...JJ

Originally I had the ACVinegar as optional but I always add it now as it wakes up the flavor and cuts the fattiness of the pork. Enjoy...JJ
Sure. You can foil with anything from water to a Banana Daiquiri. Look for a balance if sweet is not your thing. Apple juice and ACVinegar, 2 to 1 or whatever you like...JJ
