Pork Butt

Well I did my first pork butt yesterday. It took me about 11 hours but boy was it worth it. It was done about 1;30 in the morning so I wrapped it and put it in the cooler for a couple hours. Was back up at 4:30  to take it out and pull it. I don't care what any one says this is some good stuff.

In the future plan your cooks to start and finish in daylight so you're not sleep deprived! LOL
