Pork Butt

  1. Well I did my first pork butt yesterday. It took me about 11 hours but boy was it worth it. It was done about 1;30 in the morning so I wrapped it and put it in the cooler for a couple hours. Was back up at 4:30  to take it out and pull it. I don't care what any one says this is some good stuff.

  3. It sure does look good! Glad it was all worth it.

    In the future plan your cooks to start and finish in daylight so you're not sleep deprived! LOL
