What did you rub it with and what wood for smoke? Inquiring minds need to know how much to drool!
For the rub just pepper,salt,garlic and brown sugar. For the wood, Apple and hickory chucks.
Very windy today in Vermont, I have been having issues keeping a steady temperature. I usually smoke in the garage, but I'm at mu parents house so I have to smoke outside.
