i've recently acquired a green mountain grill, it's a pellet grill much like, if not identical, in practice to a traeger. my question is do i need to alter my cook process for a pork butt? i've already made ribs like i had on a smoker by just setting the temp and they turned out great, but was wondering if anybody had experience with this? it''s not like the three setting traeger but an actual thermo you set to a temp.

I've never seen a Green Mountain grill, can you post a picture of it????
From what you've described there should be no difference in smoking, just do it like you normally would...Make sure to post some Qview....
