Just found the forum. Wife bought me a green egg two years ago for my retirement and she has been jealous ever since. I can't get enough, always reading and always trying to make my next meal the best.Looks like a great forum, sorry it took me so long to find it. I am from Brighton, MI and the weather is finally cooperating. Time to smoke some meat.
