It was Kielbasa from the store... any sausage can be used.... hot dogs even.... something with a powerful flavor would be good to overcome some of the sweet.... precooking the bacon made wrapping easier than using raw, floppy rashers... good luck and q-view your results for others to follow..... The pre-cooking the bacon idea made wrapping really easy.Tat, you are welcome.... I was just trying solaryellows recipe... Yes, they are very good....... Looks like you have the "bacon wrap" down very well.... nice tight wraps, crisp bacon.... it all looks perfect to me.... Is that okra you have on the grill ?? never seen that before.... Roller, morning..... do you put Gouda Cheese inside the "bacon cup" to melt on the sausage ??? That sounds good......Yes they are real good especially with smoked Gouda cheese..
