Ft Lauderdale.
Technically I'm working today, but mama old me we were low on pizza sauce. (also good for cheese stick dipping and such. No real recipe as I've curated it over the years,
Basics:
Genuine peeled , canned San Marzano tomatoes. (mandatory)
1 bunch fresh bail (I can't grow it for S##t) it here in FL sun but the Italian grocery sells bunches for $1.69
1/2 chopped sweet vidalia onion.
6-7 finely chopped then pressed garlic cloves.
1TBL kosher salt.
1TSP sugar

Toss it in the crock pot.
crock all day then a quick hit with the immersion blender. (we like it a little "chunky")
house is smelling good right about now.

looks great, we have basil coming out of our ears right now. You cook the tomatoes whole then crush? I have always did the opposite and course crush them with a potato masher then cook for several hours?
