At what temps were you cooking the pizzas?

I tried to keep the temp around 300 but was opening the doors a lot to keep the pizzas moved around so they would all get done at about the same time.
We used pizza crust that were pre baked.
I left them in till the crust got nice and crispy.
It works pretty well if you like pizza and have never tried it you should try it. It is pretty simple.

Smoked Pizza, I do wonder what was best tasting mix on top of those pizzas?  what did the folks say was the best one you made?

I would try this, but I with a store made crust, did you cook them at all first, that i wonder.

This something I would try, but the only one in this house to eat it would be me, so maybe one at time, with Ribs or a Pork roast

We used pre baked crust. My favorites were the "the pig" witch had pulled pork, sausage and bacon on it. Used BBQ sauce for the Sauder and cheddar cheese. Another good one was chicken bacon ranch made with smoked chicken breast meat.
