What is “all the meats”? Beef, pork, kangaroo? You never know on this site.
I used venison and pork. I'm thinking the polenta acts as a barrier (I could be wrong) I'm sure you could make this without it.Interesting for sure! Is the polenta absolutely necessary if I wanted to skip it? Is the beef standard store grind?
