That is what I use, A little more manageable roll that what I bought 800 Feet should last me a while

Nice, I bought this one. Comes with a good durable carry tube, going to try it this weekend...
 
I bought it bcoz this seller was the only one able to provide the FDA letter from the manufacturer, rest of them didn't.

I just found out,..... 18 ain't wide enough for my briskets... I'm gonna have to cut my briskets smaller.. not a big deal.. a whole brisket is too big for my smoker anyway..
 
What is the typical weight (thickness) of this paper. I see some butcher paper at 40#, some at 60#. What thickness is recommended?
 
This stuff is 40# and it seems to work for BBQ joints... Worked for me...
