Picked an amaZen today

Picked up a 5x8 amazen today. I did a dry run and it burn great in my Double door cajun electric smoker! it's gonna be really getting some use since I have a 10 lb rib roast I've been aging for Xmas and i'll also be doing some snack sticks and pork jerky while the kids are on christmas break.

They are an awesome tool in the smoking arsenal....   I found mine burns better if it's up in the air..  better air flow to the pellets...  I had to elevate mine for use in the mailbox mod...   you may not have that situation in your smoker but.....  keep it in mind for future stuff...
