Looks real good Bear. Philly Cheesesteaks are one of my all time favorites! We make them usually once a month. Sometimes from Top Round Roast, sliced very thin or if we are in a pinch, Steakumms. We prefer the top round, but don't always have that available. Really regret the Steakumms though.

We just get the Shaved Steak already in a pack---Not Cheap though---I think it's about $6 per pound, and this panful was 14 ounces.

Yup---I put more meat in than I usually do, because we had something scheduled for the following night, and didn't want any more leftover Chipsteak. :emoji_slight_smile:
