Hey guys my name is Jeff from Philadelphia, PA ... I am newer to smoking ... been going strong for about a month ... frequently refer to this site so I figured I'd join ...  I use a Masterbuilt Smokehouse RD-30 ... I really like it ... convenience and ease of use ... I have 4 children so don't have time to monitor smoker temperature all day ... Work overnight so I smoke on my days off, if I ever get any ... Not too many. Lol. But ones only 3 weeks old , he's a long ways away from smoked meat.

Guess you are safe for now, my boys are 18, 17, 16, 14 & 12....and I have a 3 year old girl :)
