Cold smoke day.

Going with a cold smoker that I have had for couple years now and just using.
Have apple saw dust in there. Burn for 10 mins then let it smoke.

The Snoopy smoker works great all around.
6 hours first round, let the sticks rest for 2 hours then another 6 hours.

Halfway through smoking. After this its rest time then another round of cold smoke.
