BG not sure what is coming of this but I’m waiting to see the good results

Pork appears on the leaner side.
Waiting as well.

Guess I'll pull out my hammock and hang around as well!

Cold smoke day.

Going with a cold smoker that I have had for couple years now and just using.
Have apple saw dust in there. Burn for 10 mins then let it smoke.

The Snoopy smoker works great all around.
6 hours first round, let the sticks rest for 2 hours then another 6 hours.

Halfway through smoking. After this its rest time then another round of cold smoke.
