Did a brisket the other night on the CampChef Pellet pooper. Used BnB hickory pellets and a plain old rub. Split it with the Resort managers and vac sealed some.

Man those pics just make me yearn to cook my next brisket. Tri Tip brisket please work out so I can curb my cravings for BEEF! Thanks for sharing.
