Evening fellas and non fellas. Had a labor day feast today. So many pics so bare with me.
Started of with 2 racks of beef back ribs. Membranes removed and rubbed with heath riles pecan rub
Onto the smoker at 225 using hickory
During the first hour I made up a pan of beans. Strawberries, blackberries,onions,bell peppers, jalapenos,bacon and bbq rub
Hour into the ribs put beans on
Spritzing ribs with shiner bock every 45 min. After 3 hours threw a tray of ABT's on top of the beans
And an hour after that put some andouille on
After about 6hr total
On the table to rest
