Pastrami

Well the smoked corn beef turned out very good even after a few new lessons on my UDS.

After slicing wife grabbed a slice and said YUM. She then proceeded to keep taking slices. That is a ringing endorsement!

I just used a homemade rub. I usually use Jeffs orginal rub and the packet that comes with the cornedbeef

Pastrami is looking very good. Especially the grilled sammy.

Breakfast pastrami hash is pretty good..... just sayin'.

I think I prefer pastrami to smoked brisket. Well, at least some of the time.
