Hey, whatever gets you on the water! I was thinking about one of those when I was younger, never pulled the trigger. Great for fishing. Not a yak but it floats lol
Thanks. That picture is on the headwaters of the Snake. It is a 13’ raft and is a lot of fun. This is the family SUV at Steamboat rock on the Green river.Nice rigchp ! Haven't done too much WW rafting, once on the Snake when I was young.
Looks like you can haul plenty of gear for trippin'....
Nice. I see quite a few here in these parts. I call them kookaburras for no particular reason.Belted Kingfisher, good size, and colorful specimen. It took flight off the log right when I got the phone set to take a pic. This dude kept flying ahead of us being very vocal for ~ a mile which is rare, they normally fly to your stern and you don't see them again. It was a game of cat and mouse to get a pic.

It is a nice specimen indeed.Ran into a few of these. Not a big fish but healthy and good looking. I would have been happy to catch just one, but it was a pretty good day all things considered.
Ack! The beautiful Idaho summer will be there soon, too bad it doesn't last longer...I'm jelly of the 81, we just had a all time record 24 hour snow fall........We had 36-42 inch drifts all round the house......So alot of digging out vs digging in.....LOL
You grillin' with a hard hat?Storms rolling in. Possible baseball sized hail . I hope not .
There should be many more coming soon as the weather warmsThanks for sharing the pics, I enjoyed seeing them.
Not yet! hah! One of my dogs won't stay out for her morning pee, though. Even with my company (ugh). We are having a neighbor over for steaks tonight, but it should be over by then. He was working out the kinks for his new powerwashing business and cleaned the front of our house, driveway and deck (big job) for free (we gave him money anyway). Hopefully it goes away in time. We ordered them from Wild Fork. Need to cook them soon. He is a paramedic, so can be gone for a few days at a time. Anyway, hope you can get some in tonight too.You grillin' with a hard hat?

Thanks Rich. The light/overcast wasn't playing nice with the cell phone camera, but they turned out better than I thought they would.Nice pics . Eagle in a nest . Don't see that everyday .
They have Eagle days up the road from me a bit . I see them every now and then flying across to the river .see them pretty often through this stretch but not like this.
