Started last night . Seasoned and Bagged , and into the fridge.
Then into the old Brinkman Elc.
The Brinkmann is getting old but still does a great job.
It looks a little rough but it had 1000 miles put on it a little over a week ago .
it stil makes prime rib just fine to me.
Now time to wait .....
That's right brother ; Prime Rib , Butts , Chicken , Lamb , And the list goes on LOL
