Bagged and ready for tomorrows mixing, stuffing, smoking. Made 2 different 5 lb batches. 1 for pepperoni and 1 for sticks.

Got the goose slimmys and pepperoni done. Cut the slimmys to length and vac sealed in cheapo bags....hey it works.

The pepperoni is going in the fridge for a couple days before cutting so the flavor can come together.
