Mixing today.

I pretty much gave up all my own mixing of dry theses days. Owens BBQ has very good pre mix. When i do 5lbs anywhere from 6-8 T is good to go.

NEPAS I love John Morrell Cervelat, not sure if you have ever had it but if so how does the taste compare.

I just got some of the same mix just have not hd time to get a batch done.

Thanks

Gary

Glad to see that they are starting to have NO MSG mixes. Last time I looked most had MSG, which I can't do. Face breaks out in Hives, not good!

OwensBBQ Cervelet SS mix.

Cure getting ready for 1/2 cup cold distilled water.

7Tbsp mix for 5lbs of 80/20 GB. I did add 1 extra Tbsp for a total of 8 Tbsp of cervelet.

Now cover and fridge, raining so not stuffing smoking today.

Hang these chubs up to cool, then get my smoker cooled down and covered, looks like rain coming in.
