Hello from America's oldest city - St. Augustine, FL. Although I am in the oldest city and pretty old myself, I am brand new to the smoking meats game. I basically just gifted myself an electric smoker from my wife and kids for Fathers Day, 2017 (believe me, they are glad I did). I'm starting off easy (and cheap): just did 4 whole chickens, sausage, and now I am doing hamburger sliders. I have really enjoyed the info on this forum from you experienced guys out there and would love to hear any advice and tips you have learned along your journey. Happy smoking! - DrSmoker
