Hello. From Vancouver WA. I have 2 smoker, one Propane 48 inch vertical smoke hollow smoker new from Xmas and my trusty Char Griller with fire box *more grill than smoker*. I have been avidly reading and viewing all the pics. Enjoy all the info here. Already have my first brisket, yard bird, pork butt, and fattie under my belt with the Propane smoker. Much easier for me to keep temps regulated. Will post more pics as I go but thank you for all the great info.
